Delivery & Collection At Verona Ceramic, we offer professional site delivery and Springvale warehouse collection. Delivery fees are calculated based on order volume, material weight (including jumbo slabs), and destination within Victoria. Fast-moving, in-stock materials are generally available for collection or dispatch within 1-3 business days.

Product Variations & Liability As premium architectural surfaces, porcelain tiles, 100% zero-silica engineered stone, and timber flooring may exhibit inherent variations in colour, texture, or natural veining. We accept no liability for natural shade variations, post-installation changes, or any incidents arising from improper maintenance, inappropriate material selection for specific environments, or failure to meet slip-rating requirements.

Inspection & Installation All materials must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer or their tradesperson upon receipt and installed strictly according to Australian industry standards. The cutting, modification, or installation of any material signifies absolute acceptance of its quality, shade, and appearance. No claims regarding visible defects or variations will be accepted after installation has commenced.

Returns Policy Returns of uninstalled, unopened, and pristine materials are accepted within 15 days of receipt. All approved returns are subject to a standard 35% restocking and handling fee based on the return value. Custom orders and specific architectural slabs are non-refundable.
