2. Product Accuracy & Natural Variations
- Visual Representation: While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, variations in screen settings may affect the appearance of colors.
- Natural Stone: Natural stone and kiln-fired tiles may exhibit variations in color, veining, and texture. Such variations are inherent to the material and do not constitute a product defect.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment.
- Verona Ceramic reserves the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or due to pricing errors. In such events, a full refund will be issued.
4. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
- Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a “major failure.”
- Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind (over-ordering or incorrect selection), products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies.
- Non-returnable Items: Cut or installed tiles cannot be returned.
5. Limitation of Liability
Verona Ceramic is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Incorrect installation or failure to use professional-grade adhesives.
- Substrate preparation failure.
- Damage occurring during third-party transit unless arranged directly by us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, is the property of Verona Ceramic. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
